This hotel is directly across the street from the Avalon Hotel where the ceremony and the reception will be held. There is a block rate of $129 per night at this hotel. and there is a block in place for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night. If you plan on coming into town before Thursday please let Rhett or I know and we will work with the hotel to try to extend the block rate. They have both King rooms (which has a sleeper sofa in it as well) or Queen rooms with two queen beds. The hotel also has a complimentary shuttle that can bring you to and from the Avalon. The shuttle typically runs at the beginning and end of the hour, but if there is a specific time you need the shuttle to bring you to the Avalon, the hotel can accommodate that if you give them prior notice.
