If you've got a role in the ceremony, meet us at the venue before the BBQ so we can review the order of everything. We'll describe everyone's responsibilities and what to do when, then we'll relax for the rest of the evening.

Since we've got the space for the entire weekend, Friday night everyone is welcome to come enjoy by for the BBQ. There is plenty of space for everyone, and we'll be bringing some portable campfires so that after hotdogs and veggie dogs we can roast some s'mores!

We'll start with yummy food and then drift over to the dance floor. Come celebrate however you like. Dance until your feet hurt with Ray, or cheers beers with Katie - the options are endless!
