Kirstie and Katie met when her brother, Tommy, fell in love with her. Somehow he convinced Kirstie to marry him, and Katie and Kirstie have been friends & family ever since. Kirstie is also the mother to the Katie's cutest ginger nephew, Brae, who is the ring bearer.

Growing up side by side, they could often be found playing dress up, at soccer practice together, making up dances in the basement, having movie nights, and creating memories on family vacations. After college, they continued their adventures visiting each other in the cities they lived, and luckily, despite distance, continue to be the best of cuz buds.
