Things To Do

Blue Hill Mountain Trail

Blue Hill Mountain Trail, Blue Hill, ME 04614

A local favorite! This is a short hike right in Blue Hill with a view of the ocean and nearby lakes and ponds. Hopefully the lupines will still be out!

Shopping in Blue Hill!

There are some nice shops in downtown Blue Hill including Sea Loft, Blue Hill Books, Handworks Gallery, and Out on a Whimsy!

Acadia National Park

ME

The main attraction in downeast Maine is Acadia National Park! There is plenty to do between sightseeing (drive the Park Loop road and see sights like Thunder Hole, Otter Cliffs, and stop in for a popover at Jordan Pond House), hiking (our favorites are Dorr Mountain and the Beehive), or shopping and eating in Bar Harbor...have an ice cream!

Stonington

Stonington, ME 04681

If you're looking to experience a quintessential Maine lobstering town, go to Stonington! It's a breathtaking drive and you'll see beautiful coastal views along the way. Aragosta is a nice, fancier restaurant in Stonington, call first for reservations!

Peters Brook Trail - Blue Hill Heritage Trust

170 Maine 176, Blue Hill, ME 04614

This is a nice, flatter hike for people who want to get outside and explore a riverside trail by the ocean without any elevation climb.

Bucklyn Coffee

103 Main Street, Blue Hill, ME 04614

A great local coffee roastery! We will be serving coffee at the wedding, but if you need a caffeine fix outside of that, this is your spot.

Curtis Cove

Blue Hill, ME 04614

A scenic local beach with great swimming and views!

For all the days along the way
