What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm at the St Augustine Rod & Gun Club. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:45pm. There is plenty of parking and the grounds are scenic so feel free to take a stroll around the property.

Is there an entry fee at the St Augustine Rod & Gun Club?

Answer

No. There are no entrance fees and no access code/gate code required. Please pull through the entrance gates that will remain open on Friday and find a place to park.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Please dress casual or semi-formal. Keep in mind that the weather will most likely be warm.

Where will the ceremony be held within St Augustine Rod & Gun Club?

Answer

The ceremony will be held under the large oak tree in the front lawn. This location can be found directly on the right as you enter through the gates. Please park where you can find a spot and take your seat under the tree!

How far of a drive is it from the Ceremony to Reception?

Answer

It is roughly a 15-25 minutes drive from St Augustine Rod & Gun Club to Aunt Kate’s Restaurant depending on traffic.

What kind of food and drinks will be served at Aunt Kate’s?

Answer

There will be a buffet of 3 entrees: pulled pork sliders, baked ziti, and grilled tilapia. 2 side dishes: mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. Also to be served will be a salad bowl, cornbread, sweet tea, unsweet tea, water, and soda products. Alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, mixed drinks, cocktails) will also be available.

I have a food allergy or vegetarian/vegan, what will be available for me to eat?

Answer

We will have shellfish, gluten, and dairy dishes as well as meat in our entrees. Please let us know if you have special requests and accommodations will be made. We want you to enjoy the night as much as we will!
