Our Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:45 pm

If we all know Cleveland, it is going to be hot! Dress is semi-formal, summer dresses, suits in lighter hues. Please no tuxes and formal gowns! The ceremony is outside but the reception will be air conditioned.
There is only street parking at the ceremony but it is free. You can park on parts of MLK and East Blvd. There is a lot of street parking off of East Blvd too including Parkgate Ave. There is a parking lot at Stonebrook Montessori School that is open but we aren't 100% sure it is ok to park there. We have been contacting the school and they won't get back to us but everytime we drive by, it is open. For those worried about parking, we have registered with Lyft to help you get to and from the ceremony and reception using the code "KATIEANDCLAY817". In order to use the code, install the Lyft app on your phone, register and enter the code under the "Promos" option. It will be live from 2:00 PM until midnight on the big day.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

We will have light appetizers and drinks prior to dinner at Lake Affect Studios. Don't worry about parking! There is a safe parking lot at the reception hall and complimentary valet parking at the door. We also will have an UBER code to make sure everyone makes it home safely. We will have the code at the reception hall.
Dinner, dancing, and photo booth
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Dinner will be served at 6 pm. We will be serving salads at the table followed by a plated vegan cous cous or a pig roast buffet. The pig roast will also have pulled pork and chicken thighs for those who do not like or want roasted pig. The band will start around 7pm with the cutting of the cake to follow. The bar will do last call around 10:45 pm.
