-The event officially starts at 7pm and ends at 11pm but the ballroom doors will be open at 6:30pm and we will be walking Kati to the ballroom for the surprise at about 7:15pm. -We ask that anyone who wants to be there early and/or there for the surprise reveal, IS IN THE BALLROOM NO LATER THAN 7:10PM!!!!! This is IMPERATIVE to ensure that it is all a surprise for Kati. -If you are not able to make it early or planned on coming later than 7:10pm, that is totally fine! We just then ask that you do not even try to enter the Farnam Hotel building from 7:10pm-7:30pm to ensure that Kati does not see any of you park or enter the building. **The easiest way to arrive to the Farnam, especially if you are using any sort of navigation is to navigate to THE LANDMARK CENTER PARKING GARAGE (1194 Harney St) and NOT to the actual Farnam Hotel. This will take you through the construction and on the right way on Harney St to either pull up to valet or into the parking garage** -From there, its party time! Staff will be around to help direct everyone for the surprise BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE TIMELY WITH ARRIVAL AND ENTERING THE BUILDING. Plan on needing extra time for finding parking and walking due to the construction and then to ensure that you are in the ballroom in time for the surprise, or more importantly, to not ruin the surprise for Kati.

This will take you through the construction and on the right way on Harney St to either pull up to valet or into the parking garage** -CONSTRUCTION HAS CHANGED WHERE YOU PARK AND ENTER THE BUILDING: When you arrive, you will driving EASTBOUND ON HARNEY STREET and you can either pull up to valet stand that is right out front of the old Roja restaurant to valet your vehicle and then use HARNEY STREET ENTRANCE TO THE LANDMARK CENTER (the Landmark Center is the entire building that the Farnam Hotel is located within) to enter the building or pull into the LANDMARK CENTER PARKING GARAGE OFF OF HARNEY ST and enter the Landmark Center building and then the Farnam through there. -Due to construction, you are NOT able to park on Farnam St, so the entrance/valet station to the Farnam has been moved to the SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING - ON HARNEY ST RIGHT NEXT TO THE OLD ROJA. If you valet your vehicle, staff will direct you into the glass atrium for the Landmark Center on the south side of the building, which is the entrance to the Farnam and then you will take the elevators up to the second floor to get to the ballroom. If you park in the garage, you will enter the Landmark Center building through the garage to the main floor of the building/atrium and then take the elevators up to the second floor to get to the ballroom of the Farnam. -From there, its party time! Staff will be around to help direct everyone for the surprise BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE TIMELY WITH ARRIVAL AND ENTERING THE BUILDING. The attire for the event is semi-formal but ALL BLACK!! We're not asking for ya'll to roll in wearing tuxedos and ball gowns but we don't want to be seeing people in shorts or jeans and a t-shirt ;) Just don't forget to wear all black to match the theme of the event!
Well... Kati asked me to throw her the "most epic 30th birthday party" and you all know how I am with that word and know that hearing something like that is music to my ears. So, I thought, why not wrap in Kati's 30th birthday celebration with our 5 year anniversary since we couldn't really party with a lot of you during our actual wedding due to COVID and then sprinkle in the element of total surprise and that all together equals something new that I am bringing to the city of Omaha, the epic event that I am calling - SHHH DON'T TELL KATI!
AN. EPIC. PARTY. But on the real, this event will not be a normal sit down kind of function where everyone is going to get a nice plated meal in front of them and then we go through a bunch of programming then its party time. Instead, we are executing a one-of-a-kind experience that screams all things Kati. From the food we are serving to the design of the event, this is all about the love of my life and we are going to make sure that we are incredibly intentional in that every element of this event would be something that Kati would want. You can expect an evening that is an immersive experience into the world of Kati, heavy appetizers/food stations, open bar (who the eff puts on event like this without booze??), concert grade production with incredible music performances, too many surprises to count and one hell of a party!
Please don't be THAT person that ruins this massive surprise.... Just don't do it.
