Maid of Honor
Honorably, my longest friend and partner in crime at Lakewood High School. From power washing her dad's tractors to spending countless hours at volleyball tournaments, we've been through it all together <3

We met at MSU "caf"orientation with our moms and the rest was history. She was a farm girl from the thumb who road a long board, and I thought, this is my person. Oh, and September birthdays...it's a vibe.

Spartan Ski Club brought us together, and then, another college wolf, added to my wolf pack. Shenanigans and charcuterie boards are what come to mind.
Bridesmaid
We met during our Dietetic Internship at MSU. The rumor is that I was asked by our director to be her friend because she was from Ohio. Turns out, she's actually pretty cool. My foodie twin and sister in Christ! #godsplan

We met at Crossfit Fade in Charlotte in 2017. Then, we became adult roommates that lifted weights at 6am, set timers on our coffee maker and meal prepped our lunches for the office...why haven't we been friends longer?!

Halle (hay-lee) is Maddie's best friend who I also met at the gym. She makes me laugh so hard I cry. She keeps me young, honest and always has the biggest heart. Riding scooters double at the Detroit Tigers game has to be the highlight of our friendship...

3rd time is a charm - also met Leighann at Crossfit. She scared me at first, especially after she opened a Whiteclaw with her teeth and then shotgunned it. But now, she's the wine drinking, dog owning, Jeep driving sister I never had.
Best Men
Bradley and Matthew are my younger brothers and since we share family and have shared clothes, toys and bedrooms in the past it is only fitting we share a spot upfront on my wedding day. I could not be happier to have them by my side. They may be younger, but the older I get the more I look up to these two, literally!!
Groomsman
John and I were both crop and soil majors at MSU and lived together in our junior and senior years of college. You'd think it was great being able to do homework together. I ended up doing most of the work and like to think I earned two degrees, one for myself and one for John.

Trevor and I met in plant science class in high school and have been friends since. He is always down for a beer and a good chat about farming. It is cool that my Grandpa Peterson and Trevor's Grandfather were farming friends and that we are too. It's a small world and I'm fortunate to have a good friend like Trevor in it.
Groomsman
Cameron and I met in eighth grade. We became friends playing football and cheering on the Spartans. Not much football being played these days, but we remain close through hunting together and, as hard as it may be sometimes, still cheering on those Spartans!
Groomsman
Mike and I met at MSU. We both moved to Ohio after graduation. It was great to have someone to hangout with, go on hiking trips with, split MSU season football tickets with and car pool to the games together. It is safe to say that without Mike I could not have survived living among all the buckeyes.

I also met Jake at MSU. Light hearted and quick to joke, Jake is always looking to laugh and have a good time. What makes Jake a great friend is his loyalty and commitment to his friends. The only thing he is more committed too is his loving relationship with Panchero's Mexican Grill.
Usher
I think just about everyone who attended MSU in the College of Ag from 2011-2015 knows Davey. He is the guy who in five minutes will know your whole life story and always remember it. Since he knows half our guests and will make the other half his friend by the end of the night, I feel it is fitting he be an usher at my wedding.

Completing the gang of my friends from MSU is Mike. His hardwork and commitment to his family, career and friends is something I admire in him. Seemingly your typical mild mannered dairy farmer, Mike is breaking down stereotypes when the 2 chains comes on. Look for his moves on the dance floor later in the night.
