Optional, light dinner and cocktail garden party provided for our guests who have arrived to town. This is intended to be a casual, low-key time to spend together to welcome you so you feel at home upon arrival. Please let us know if you plan to attend so food can be planned accordingly.

Friday night welcome dinner starts around 6pm at Bentwood. You are welcome to enjoy the day as you wish. We will provide suggested activities that can be coordinated with others or enjoyed on your own.
