It’s Happening!!

“My friends found their soulmate on here so I dont see why it would hurt to try." Daniel swiped right on my profile before I even selected yes on his picture.. which became an instant match!. After our first date (which literally was the best date I've ever been on), we slowly got to know each other and finally introduced our kids, which felt right. Daniel asked my parents for my hand in marriage with our kids present and the proposal turned out beautifully. Due to the pandemic we postponed everything. We have been engaged for two years and as we wait for our kids to come back from Hungary where we will all be together for our wedding day.

Ever hear of online dating? How about a little site called Tinder? Well the odds of finding someone on Tinder is probably slim to none. Basically, we saw each other's picture and profile, and caught an automatic interest. Daniel swiped right on me first, because when I saw his profile I swiped on him and it said it's a match! Low and behold our first date at the Sheraton Aviara finally came after dating interviews that lasted two weeks over phone and text. So that 1st day of Summer in May 2017. Daniel jumped off a bell cart with his arms wide open saying hello surprising me as I was entering the resort. After having the best first date ever. Daniel asks me on another date as he walks me to the car haha. I knew he was different and I knew that I wanted to see him again too. I knew he was the one when he offered to cook me a nice steak dinner but I wanted to cancel because I wanted to watch the season finale of Game of Thrones. He then said come over well watch it together. True to his word he sat quietly while I watched intensely, and eating a steak and drinking wine. He just smiled I felt pleasantly comfortable and enjoyed watching it with him. This is what life is about being with someone you can watch tv with and eat steak at the same time hahaha
