Travel Note
Flying
We recommend flying into Bradley Airport in Hartford CT. From there, it is an approximately 50 minute drive. It is relatively easy to rent a car in the airport or catch an Uber. It is also possible to catch a train depending on your flight's arrival time. You can also fly into a New York airport and take the Metro North train line from Grand Central Station to New Haven Union Station. If you fly into Newark airport, there is also an Amtrak line to New Haven Union Station. Tweed Airport is New Haven's small airport that operates mostly Avelo flights, and has flights to many of the Southern states, Philadelphia, and Chicago's Midway airport.

It is a 5 minute drive to the wedding venue with ample parking, close to shops and restaurants, and a 10 minute drive to downtown New Haven. This hotel is brand new and the rooms are all suite-style with a kitchenette area and a sofa-bed area. There is a complimentary hot breakfast, indoor saline swimming pool with a patio, full fitness center, and additional patio with a fire pit.

Hotel Marcel New Haven, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
This is a brand new hotel, located just outside of downtown New Haven, walkable to excellent taco trucks. It is the first completely carbon neutral hotel in the country and is absolutely beautiful. We've gone to the restaurant and bar for date night and it was excellent. It's about a 5 minute drive to the wedding venue and has ample parking.

Right in the heart of downtown New Haven, this is also a fairly new hotel with a really excellent rooftop bar and restaurant (High George) that we frequent for date nights. It's also located right next to many excellent bars, restaurants, shops, and a few minutes walk to Yale's campus. Approximately 7 minute drive to the wedding venue and has a parking garage.

Graduate by Hilton New Haven
This is a brand new hotel on the most popular street in downtown New Haven, just a few minutes walk away from Yale's campus. Their staff is fully unionized and it is located close to many excellent bars, hotels, and shops. The coffee shop in the lobby is excellent and they will deliver Sally's famous New Haven pizza to your room. Approximately 10 minute drive to the venue - no hotel parking, but there are several garages nearby.
