Fall Update...please read

September 19, 2020

We have decided to cancel any future reception or celebration for our wedding. We love you all so much, and know that you love us as well. We also know there are many within our camp that have pre-existing conditions and are in the vulnerable groups. That is why we know if we plan anything, some of you would put your own health on the line to be able to attend. And we don't want to put anyone in that position. We would much rather enjoy time with you for many years to come. The thing we care the most about is loving God and loving others, and are convicted that this is doing just that. So to be clear, no future reception. We hope you understand. On another note, since you asked..... Married life is great. Being newlyweds under an 11 week quarantine was like the fast track to marriage. We recommend it to all future couples. We get asked often our emotions about having to change our plans and how we feel about how our wedding was. And to tell you the truth, it was perfect. It would have been wonderful to have everyone there, but God had plans from the beginning to give us a simple and intimate wedding focused on Him alone. Some of our family was able to be there, our friend and pastor Nate Nauman was able to be there to marry us, and our wonderful photographer Laura Eddy was there to capture all the socially distant moments. Our wedding day was unlike any other and it was beautiful up on the mountain where we got engaged overlooking the city of Fayetteville. We are so thankful for everything and wish you could have been there but alas you'll have to settle for the pictures. Lastly, we might one day have an anniversary party or send off party if/when the Lord takes us overseas long term. But until then, we are serious about enjoying time with you all. So, if you would like to have dinner with us just call us and let's put something on the calendar. With love, Benjamin & Kathryne Ledford

Postponed Til Fall

Love God, Love Others

One of the first things that attracted us to one another since before we even met was each other's motto 'Love God, Love Others'. This has not only been what brought us together but it is the very principle that drives our relationship and what we want to be about in our life together. With that as our core principle and given the current coronavirus pandemic, we have decided to postpone our wedding ceremony and reception till a later date in the fall. We are still getting married on the 28th but with just us. We care about the health of our family and friends so we do not want to put anyone at risk. We don't just want you at our wedding, we want to enjoy your presence and do life with you for many years to come. We are sorry for all those that this inconveniences or effects you. As soon as we have updates as when we can come together and celebrate this union we will let you know. In the meantime please please please copy and paste the link below and fill out the contact form. It is a contact database manager, and for EVERYONE of our guests we are asking that you fill it out with especially your email AND phone number (if not all of your information). We will be sending updates via text & email when we have confirmed a date for the Fall. www.postable.com/theledfords
