We met at work - yes, Sterling was the boss, and Kathryn was the new girl in the office. What began as one-on-ones and attempting to hide our relationship, quickly turned into a lot of "promotion interview prep", inside jokes, and a love that outlasted our time at the office. Eventually, "coworkers" turned into "us" and the rest is history (and maybe a few raised eyebrows). Five years later, we've built a home, adopted three dogs (who definitely like Kathryn more), and created a life that's equal parts laughter, dog hair, and takeout nights. Somewhere between weekend projects and figuring out whose turn it is to cook, we realized we'd built something pretty special - a home that's full of love, laughter, and at least one chewed shoe. When Sterling isn't golfing or giving Kathryn the play-by-play of the 18 holes he just golfed (which she totally listens to and completely understands, of course), you can usually find us hanging out with our dogs - who run the house and have no idea how spoiled they actually are. Now, after five years, three dogs, and a mortgage, we're finally making it official - surrounded by the people who didn't report us to HR.
