When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
Answer
Dress code: Cocktail attire! A little fancy, a lot of fun. We're hoping to fill the day with color! Please wear bright spring colors — florals, pastels, bolds, and anything that makes you feel joyful. Please be mindful of shoe selection as the ceremony will be on uneven ground. Please bring a coat as it can cool down at night in April in Parkfield.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is plenty of parking in town and there will be signs directing you to parking spots.

Where is the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony is at one of our favorite spots on the V6 Ranch, a place that is very special to us. It’s about a 30-minute drive from the reception and accessed by a dirt road, so high-clearance vehicles are needed, and carpooling is encouraged. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, and due to the remote nature of the location, guests must arrive before the start time. Because of the location, we won’t be able to accommodate late arrivals once the ceremony begins. We completely understand that this journey isn’t for everyone, and we’re just as excited to celebrate together at the reception at the Parkfield Lodge, beginning at 5:30 PM. Whether you join us for the ceremony or meet us later, your presence means so much to us. Thank you for coming all this way to celebrate us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive at the ceremony no later than 3:30.

Do I need 4WD to access the ceremony?
Answer
You do not need 4WD, but you will need a higher clearance vehicle such as a truck or SUV. We encourage you to hop in with other guests and enjoy the beautiful drive together!

Do you have a hotel block?
Answer
We do not have a hotel block due to the remoteness of Parkfield, but we do have hotel recommendations listed under the "Travel" section of our website. We strongly encourage camping!
