Back in April 2022 I had the privilege of traveling on a medical mission trip to the DR! Little did I know that I would meet Ryan (my soon-to-be husband) on the trip! We became Facebook friends while on the trip and messaged some a few days via chat once coming back. A few weeks passed and he then messaged me again asking me if I was currently in a relationship/seeing anyone! Immediately I knew I was interested in getting to know him more and we planned a future time he would come visit me. It wasn’t until mid-September that he came to visit me in SC, and then several more visits in October & November! From the start of our relationship I knew this was not a coincidence that we both went on the same medical mission trip, but it was of God! It was evident He was a true servant & follower of the Lord Jesus Christ!
