The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional (emphasis on optional, but who doesn't love a man in a tux?) Ladies can wear anything from midi to floor length dresses or dressy jumpsuits. Men, a tuxedo is welcomed, but not required - a nice suit and tie works too!
All are welcome, young and old, to attend the wedding ceremony at the church in Dalton from 2-3pm. However, while we love your little ones, our wedding reception that night will be an adults-only event. We politely request no children and appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to celebrate with us.
There is plenty of parking at St. Joseph's Catholic Church (Dalton, GA), where the wedding ceremony will be held. Shared rides (i.e. Ubers) can also be found to/from Chattanooga to Dalton. All other events (rehearsal dinner, welcome party and wedding reception) will be held in the heart of downtown Chattanooga and walking distance from the hotel blocks. Public parking near the reception venue is present, but limited.
No, the ceremony will be the sacrament of matrimony without a full mass (no communion), therefore we anticipate it lasting ~45 minutes.
