Mother of the Bride
I am blessed to call Kathryn Kay my daughter. Fun fact: As many of you know, Kathryn has always loved to sing! One of my favorite memories of her is at age 3 singing tunes from The Sound of Music as she played on our swingset with her brother, John. Eventually, Nolan came into the picture when they went to UWEC as freshmen. Kathryn was extremely taken with Nolan so he became her "Italian stallion". (He really didn't know what to think when I called him that.) The first time Kathryn and Nolan prepared for and ran a family mud race, the joy and pride in their accomplishment was immeasurable... especially Nolan. It was so cool to see how much he took pride in himself for accomplishing something that seemed so difficult to reach. We are truly fortunate to have Nolan officially be a part of our family. Nolan and Kathryn getting married is truly something special.
Mother of the Groom
Nolan has always been the most even-tempered, loving, and thoughtful person. To know him is to love him. There have been many instances where I have been witness to Kathryn seeing the amazing in my boy. I am so lucky they met and I look forward to everything their future brings.
Father of the Bride
When Lori and I started to blend our families, I quickly realized how different it is to have a daughter (I never had a sister.. enough said). And, while very different than the boys, Kat added so much joy to my life. During her first year of college over Christmas break Kat suddenly had an interest in sports - specifically football (it brought a tear to my eye). Then, I quickly realized that there must be a boy involved since sports were never her jam. At some point, Kathryn and Nolan came to the house for a football game and I realized after seeing and hearing his passion for the game, that I could like this kid. Over time, I have watched these two become incredible adults and their relationship grow from smitten to love and respect. I could not be more happy and proud of both of them and I am excited for their life together. It is my honor and pleasure to walk Kathryn down the aisle with her mother, Lori, and give her hand to Nolan, my now fourth son.
Father of the Groom
Nolan has always been one of my closest confidants. Being his dad is one of the greatest honors of my life. On July 26, with his mom, I will walk him down the aisle knowing his future will be all I have hoped for him.
Bridesmaid
I've known Kathryn since we were in diapers. Over the last nearly three decades, we've shared countless cherished memories. We've gone from little girls playing dress-up in hand-me-down dresses to grown women in wedding dresses. Our bond is a special one - a friendship that spans into sisterhood. It's something to be thankful for, always & forever.
Groomsman
I met Nolan in elementary school, where we quickly became close friends. Eventually, in 2016, we decided to room together at UWEC, where I first met Kat. We had many great memories during college, whether we were playing Super Smash Bros with the door open, trying to meet the people on our floor, or exploring the many trails around campus. I'm so glad we have all ended up in the Twin Cities - continuing to make new great memories together!

I first met Kathryn and Nolan at UWEC. We were always watching Avatar or playing Super Smash Brothers on the fourth floor of Bridgman Hall. After many years of friendship, Kathryn and Nolan decided to move only 15 minutes away! While Kathryn and I have hung up our game cube controllers, we still find time to go to exercise classes and find new tasty food to enjoy together. I can't wait to help two of my closest friends celebrate their special day.

I’ve been best friends with Nolan since middle school, and pretty much best friends with Kathryn since we first met after she and Nolan began dating. Although I’m only Nolan’s 3rd favorite Brady he’s had in his life (behind Brady Rose Lostocco and Tom Brady, of course) I am incredibly honored to be able to participate in his and Kathryn’s most special day.

As Kathryn's older cousin, I met her shortly after she was born. We spent so many summers, family vacations, and holidays together over the years. My fondest childhood memories all have Kathryn in them. Growing up it was always joked that we fought like sisters, but that's because we love each other like sisters too! I'm so excited for Kathryn and the love she's found with Nolan.

I have just been the luckiest girl in the world to have Nolan (not only as my older brother) but as a true and loyal friend throughout my life. I’m 25 now, and looking back throughout the years, I always brag about how cool, kind, and endlessly loving my brother is. I’m incredibly grateful to him for bringing Kathryn into our lives. He’s giving me a sister who is so caring, and is always equally excited to hear about me and my life! This day cannot come soon enough, I can’t wait to get y’all married!!!

I met Kathryn and Nolan in our earliest days at UW Eau Claire. Kathryn and I had coincidentally been in Blugold Marching Band together without even realizing it. Which, combined with her friendly personality, made us fast friends. Nolan and I have likewise bonded over the years through our shared interests in Zula and sports losses. We have remained close through thick and thin over the better part of a decade, and I am proud to consider them both a part of my found family.

I met both Nolan and Kat in college at UWEC. We met in the first few weeks of freshmen year and immediately became life-long friends. Growing up as adults together, I've been blessed to have these two by my side almost as much as they are blessed to have each other. I can't wait to stand and support them as they take the next step in their relationship.

I am Kathryn's younger brother! Honestly, I don’t recall our first interaction. So here's something I learned during childhood: Kathryn is lethally trained with her backpack and other various objects. During her high school years, I could get sideswiped at any moment she was running late in the morning. After meeting Nolan a few times, our family gave him the nickname "Italian Stallion" which suits him quite well. I’m so happy my sister has found her match and I am looking forward to watching them grow alongside each other even more than they already have.

I met the bride and groom during my freshman year at Eau Claire. We've shared many late-night chats, car jam sessions, and Taco Bell runs. I'm very excited to be standing with them on their special day, and being close to them for the rest of their time in this new adventure of marriage.

I feel so fortunate to stand up for my friends on their wedding day! I was lucky to meet both Kat and Nolan during the first week of college at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. We created countless memories together all starting on the 4th floor of Bridgman Hall. I remember that first ominous feeling of moving to college, the first time away from home, and feeling comfortable with Kat right away. I'm very thankful that she also moved in early! Now we cannot even stay apart as we have moved together to a different state! Watching their relationship develop as we all have grown from babies in college to beginning the adulting stage of our lives has been a true privilege. I couldn’t be happier to celebrate this special day with them!

Nolan and I met back in 3rd grade when our teacher, sensing my nerves as the new kid, had him show me around the school. That simple introduction sparked a friendship that’s lasted ever since. We’ve been through it all together—from giving our 6th-grade graduation speech to endless summers in his parents' pool and now seeing him build a beautiful life with Kathryn. I’m so happy for them both and can’t wait to see what their future holds!

Kathryn became my sister when I was 8 years old. Even though we aren’t related, she has always treated me as her little brother: making different concoctions of ice cream, playing games, and even starring me in many of her school projects. One day, she brought Nolan home, and I immediately made fun of his slight lisp at dinner to see if he could handle our family. He took it like a champ and has been one of my best friends ever since. I look up to both of them, and I can’t wait to (officially) have another brother!

I’m thrilled to be part of such a special day. My friendship with Nolan began on the football field, where Nolan’s welcoming nature made it easy to connect and feel valued. Some of my fondest memories include sipping cocktails atop the Prudential Tower in Boston and bringing out the best in each other during competitive pool. I’ll always cherish the moment he introduced Kat to our crew at an ultimate frisbee night, being in awe at her willingness and ability to compete and fit right in. Nolan and Kat’s kindness and selflessness inspire me every day and they have an incredible way of making everyone feel important and loved. I can’t wait to witness their beautiful journey together!

I met Nolan in high school, where we instantly bonded over our love of sports, even though we cheer for different teams. It wasn’t until much later that Kat came along, allowing me to connect with her in a way Nolan and I never could—our shared love for books! Although I live four hours away from both of them, they have become two of my closest friends, and no matter what, I will always cherish them!

Kathryn and I have been friends since middle school. When we were kids, we would play “magic eraser” like magic 8 ball to ask questions about our futures and it always predicted that Kathryn would be the first of our friends to be married. (It was right.) However, our many games of MASH couldn’t have predicted a better partner than Nolan. Congratulations to Kathryn and Nolan! My heart is so full of happiness for your future!

I’m very excited to celebrate Kathryn and Nolan! I’ve known Kathryn pretty much my entire life, and she’s always felt like a little sister to me. I met Nolan while in college, and he’s always been a good friend - and may as well be family. My favorite memory of Kathryn and Nolan would be the many summer weekends we shared out on the lake or the Halloween party our pal, Braden, hosted during our college days.

I grew up with Kathryn, and have known her since birth. During our freshman year of college, Ben and I met Nolan. We trapped Nolan in a dorm bathroom to “give him the business” about treating our “little sister” Kathryn right. We've been great friends with Nolan ever since! (As long as he keeps treating Kat right. 😉)
Personal Attendant
I met Kat and Nolan in the spring of 2023 at a Topgolf outing while meeting a larger group of Brad’s friends for the first time. (Brad, one of the groomsmen, is my boyfriend!) This outing took place shortly after their engagement and I still remember how excited Brad was when he told me his close friend, Nolan, was planning to propose soon to his girlfriend, Kat. Since then, Kat, the boys, and I have shared many laughs and lots of fun, and I feel so lucky to have gotten to know them during their *engaged era*. I can’t wait to see what their *married era* has in store for them!
