We have reserved two, 56-passenger shuttles to transport our guests to and from the wedding. For guests who do not plan to drink, we ask that you please keep these seats open for the guests who will be drinking, to ensure that everyone has a safe ride home :) SHUTTLE PICK UP TIME: 3:15pm at the Ameristar (2 buses) SHUTTLE RETURN TIME: 9:00pm Early Drop-Off at the Ameristar (1 bus) 11:00pm Final Drop-Off at the Ameristar (2 buses)

This is where we have a room block. The shuttle will transport guests to/from the wedding from this hotel. The deadline to book your room here is 07/23/18. FOR THOSE CHECKING IN ON FRIDAY: Please request early check-in time. HOW TO RESERVE A ROOM: Call 1855.888.7282 and speak with one of the Guest Service Agents. When making reservations online, enter the group code KMWH18A under "offer code". The room discount will be applied immediately. THINGS TO NOTE: You are responsible for your own room and tax. You are responsible for a one-time $50.00 incidental authorization at check in. The authorization will be credited back to the credit / debit card at check out. A credit card is a better authorization method as they are faster to release the authorization on their bank account.

This is where we have another room block for guests to stay. This hotel is 0.2 miles (5 min walk) from the Ameristar. The deadline to book your room here is 08/09/18. FOR THOSE CHECKING IN ON FRIDAY: Please request early check-in time. HOW TO RESERVE A ROOM: Please call in on your own to book your room. When you do, reference the Kimball/Majic Wedding Block with the code: WED0824. We have 30 rooms available. THINGS TO NOTE: All individual room cancellations must be canceled no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations made after the 24-hour deadline will be charged. All charges and deposits, are to be settled upon arrival. Individuals will be responsible for their own incidentals. Credit cards or cash are the only forms of payment accepted upon arrival. Please note that check-in time is after 4:00pm, checkout time is prior to 11:00am. Room availability prior to 4:00pm is based upon availability.

Travel Note

Parking Information

For guests planning to drive to the wedding, there will be plenty of parking available at the venue! Please note that cars cannot be left at the venue overnight. Should you need to leave your car overnight, there is a parking lot off of HWY 103 to the left of AVA Rafting & Zipline. Type in "Mt. Evans Scenic Byway, Idaho Springs, CO" to Google Maps and it should take you directly to this lot (it's 3.4 miles from the venue) You can leave your car overnight in this lot for up to 12 hrs.
