Are my kids welcome?

Answer

Children of immediate family and those of the wedding party are welcome to attend.

Will there be alcohol served?

Answer

We're planning an open bar with beer, wine, liquors, and non alcoholic beverages.

Where is parking?

Answer

Wedding event location parking is free and right on site next to the building.

Is this an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

Colorado weather is unpredictable! Therefore, we plan on making use of the venue's indoor facilities for the ceremony. The reception will also be indoors. The location does have outdoor spaces if you need a breath of air or to take in a view of Black Forest.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We're unable to provide a room block but our travel page has the details for a few of the closest hotels to the venue.

Why is it on a Sunday?

Answer

We were able to secure a stunning venue on a date in late spring before the intense heat of summer by choosing a Sunday. We understand and appreciate those who take the time to attend whether they're taking a long weekend or taking off work. We're hoping that out of towners have the opportunity to enjoy the area. Additionally, and by pure coincidence, we're blessed with a lucky Blue Moon that evening!

Can you please explain the dress code?

Answer

The reason we chose "semi-formal" in the available code picklist is because we are aware that not everyone owns a tux or formal black tie gown and we don't want anyone to feel financial pressure to get one. If you do have those things by all means please wear them! If not just dress nice. Neil and I will be on the formal side, the bridesmaids in floor length light blue.
