Welcome Party

7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Cocktail

Come join us to kick off the celebrations with light bites and cocktails! We will be located in the Cross Insurance North Lounge. If you are driving, please park in lot 22 and enter through the W1 and W2 entrances. If you are staying at The Renaissance, we are within walking distance and can walk across lot 22 to the W1 and W2 entrances.

Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Formal attire

Transportation will be provided to and from The Renaissance to Saphire Estate. There will be two buses, first will arrive promptly at 3:30 pm and second will arrive at 4 pm. Guests are also welcome to park at Saphire Estate.

Day After Breakfast

9:30 am - 11:00 am
