Please RSVP by Friday March 21st. We know we've probably earned a spot on many of your naughty lists for being late to the RSVP game... but just remember that you love us and we love you :) We promise we've learned our lesson!!
Black-Tie Optional - All Black Attire. We're keeping it chic by kindly requesting all black attire, but feel free to play with textures, materials, and pops of white accents and/or bold neutral accessories. Tuxedos, suits, (black jacket/pants with white shirt) long gowns, or ankle-length dresses are all welcome. Take a look at our Style Guide for some inspo!
We are staying at 21C Museum Hotel both Friday and Saturday night! 21C is an old Renaissance Revival-style YMCA building turned into a hotel, museum, restaurant/bar, and cafe all wrapped up in one! So even if you aren't staying in the room block, come on by - we'd love to see you and there's plenty to see and do!
All wedding festivities are within 5-10 min drive of each other! Transportation WILL be provided from the ceremony venue (CAM) directly to the reception venue (The Hawthorn). You will be responsible for your own transportation to the Contemporary Art Museum for the ceremony and then back to your respective lodging after the reception at The Hawthorn. We highly recommend using Uber/Lyft throughout the weekend so you can enjoy yourself while ensuring you have a safe ride at the end of the night!
Ceremony begins promptly at 5:30, please plan to arrive no later than 5:15pm. The Contemporary Art Museum is located close to The Fabulous Fox Theatre on Grand, which has a show playing at 2:00pm and 7:30pm on May 3rd. The show is ~2 hours long, so I think we may luck out in terms of any traffic/parking issues. But please plan accordingly with that in mind to arrive with enough time to find street parking and seating.
Yes for both! Street parking at the Contemporary Art Museum and a designated parking lot at The Hawthorn. See note above about potential traffic/parking issues due to The Fox shows.
As much as we love your little party animals, we’re keeping the celebration adults-only (with the exception of immediate family) so everyone can let loose, hit the dance floor, and enjoy the night without interruption! We hope you understand and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Only those indicated on your invitation are invited to the celebration! Please let us know if you have any questions.
Your presence at our celebration is truly the greatest gift, but if you’d like to give us something, we of course would be truly appreciative! We have a few items on our registry, but given where we are in life, our number one priority is our home renovation. Any contributions towards that would mean the world, as it will help build the foundation for our future and the family we hope to raise in this home.
