What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting our guests dress in cocktail attire (cocktail dress, dressy jumpsuit, suit, sport coat and dress pants, etc).

Will the ceremony or reception be held outside?

Answer

If weather allows, we are planning to have our ceremony outside under a pavilion. Cocktail hour will be held both inside and outside on the patio, weather-permitting. The outdoor patio does have space heaters! The reception will be indoors.

What will the weather be like in October?

Answer

While we've had snow in October and also 80 degree days before, we are expecting it to be around 50-70 degrees! For the cold bodies, we recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket just in case.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

YES! Ceremony, cocktails, and reception will all be held at Belle Ame Vineyard.

Question

Where do I park? Is there a shuttle?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue, but if you'd prefer to be a "passenger princess / prince," there will be a shuttle running between the Radisson Hotel and the venue before the ceremony and throughout the reception. The venue is only 8 minutes from the Radisson Hotel.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

There will be a space on the RSVP to indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to Kathryn at kathryngjohnson@msn.com

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are opting for an unplugged ceremony. We have hired a fabulous photographer who will be sure to capture all the precious moments. We encourage our guests to relax, be present and enjoy the moment with us! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Sort of - there will be an open bar for most of the evening, but a cash bar for select specialty items once the dancing starts!

Question

Will I get a plus one? Are my kids invited?

Answer

We'd love to have everyone, but due to budget and limited venue capacity, we can only accommodate those named on the formal invitation.
