When is the ceremony?

James and Katie will be having a private ceremony with immediate family prior to the reception.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We are having a child friendly wedding; however, we do not have accommodations for children. There will be no children's menu, activities or babysitters provided.

What food will you have available?

Answer

We are having a local food truck provide food. There will be a Tuscan table during cocktail hour and food truck items & a mac and cheese bar offered during dinner. There will be gluten free options available, and all food truck items will be customizable for dietary restrictions. Please let us know if you have any allergies or restrictions so we can let our vendor know in advance.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes beer, wine & cocktails will be available to adults 21+ from 4:00PM-8:30PM.

Question

Is there a shuttle back to the hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately due to the vast variety of hotels in the area, we are not doing a shuttle. If you need a ride home, please pre-schedule a uber or lyft.
