Best Man
Mark and I first crossed paths at Bill Miller’s in 2018. We spent many late nights gaming together during COVID. Through it all (even some questionable statements), Mark has been the one I can confidently say is my best friend. If I ever need to get addicted to another hobby, he's the guy to call. I know that he will have my back. He’s responsible yet always brings the energy, making him the perfect best man to keep the day running smoothly and the celebration going strong. He was also my boss for many years, so I had to make him the best man for not firing me.
Maid of Honor
Cindy has been by my side since the day I was born (literally). She’s always been my role model with a heart of gold and a whole bunch of crazy. Growing up, she was always the voice of reason, even when I didn’t want to hear it. I can easily talk to her about my struggles and I know that she wouldn't judge me. She paved the way for me during nursing school and cheered me on through all my victories. She showed me how to be unapologetically me and to really live life to the fullest. On my wedding day, I know she’ll protect me, keep me calm, and make sure everything feels just right.
Groomsman
Josiah and I go way back... like since the day he was born. He’s the annoying yet cool little brother who is always up for a competition. Even though we always joked about him being adopted, he seems to be in the right place at the right time. Except the time that he photobombed our proposal. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve beaten him up throughout the years, but I couldn’t have asked for a better adopted brother.
Bridesmaid
I first met Naya at her house while visiting Elijah after a soccer practice. I always felt like she was the little sister I never had. One of my favorite memories with her is the time we went camping and we got soaked in our tent during a thunderstorm (We were the only ones who got wet lol)! Naya always brings kind words, constant reassurance, and a warm presence that I know I’ll treasure on the wedding day. Not to mention her creative thinking!
Groomsman
I met Nathan at Bill Miller’s, where we worked together for a good week before he managed to cut his finger off (don’t worry, he’s fine). We reconnected through video games where I discovered that he’s funny, competitive and always down to have a good time (...and a beer). I love going to his house to watch football, pre game and sometimes just because I miss him. I can't imagine a party without him. I know that he will remind me to celebrate every moment and appreciate my friends and family.
Bridesmaid
Kianna and I met during freshman year of high school on the volleyball team, but we grew closer during our senior year. Every new experience I've been on was with her! From skydiving to paddle boarding, she loves adventure and is down for it all. She’s been the type of friend who never lets me down, has the best recommendations and continues to give the best advice. I know she’ll focus on the details and keep everyone in check so that I can have the perfect day.
Groomsman
Michael and I met at Bill Miller’s and have been friends ever since. We’ve spent countless hours gaming together (yes, I carried every match), and he’s always the guy making plans for the group, whether or not he actually shows up. From bowling, peter pipers buffet and movie dates, we seem to always have something to do together. Although he is the problem (iykyk), on the wedding day, I’m confident he’ll help keep me calm and organized.
Bridesmaid
Sierra and I met at a party that our boyfriends dragged us to, and I immediately knew she was someone I could have fun with. She’s the party girl and the queen of jokes. She is the one I look forward to seeing at every gathering that the boys have. She is so kind and constantly cares about her friends no matter what she has to do. Sierra is the best at putting a smile on my face, and I know she’ll be my ultimate hype woman off and on the dance floor.
Groomsman
I met Josh while gaming with the boys, like how all great friendships start! He’s the nicest guy you’ll ever meet, but will never back down from a fight at whataburger. His only enemy is the sun. He loves and cares deeply for his friends and will forever be the one to get you out of a bad situation. I trust him to help keep the day running smoothly with his quick problem-solving skills!
Bridesmaid
Katrina and I became friends in 6th grade and have stayed close through every chapter of our lives, even our cringiest pre-teenage years. She’s my go to music-sharing and adventure-loving friend. With memories of late-night swims, endless just-because drives and questionable boyfriends, she really has seen it all. I know that Katrina will be there reminding me to enjoy every moment and to soak it all in.
Bridesmaid
Zo and I met during a night out (thanks to our boyfriends), and I instantly thought she was so cool and down to earth. She’s the perfect mix of fun, cozy and down for whatever. She truly is my biggest cheerleader, who I’m pretty sure loves me more than Elijah does. Zo will absolutely bring the love, tears and the dance moves! (Ask her about her scooby doo dance!)
