The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to park, find your seat, and settle in before the celebration begins!
Yes—there is a dedicated parking lot for all guests. Parking is free and just steps from the venue entrance.
Yes! A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue, with pickup and drop-off in downtown Savannah. All guests are welcome to use the shuttle—just plan to get yourself to the downtown pickup location. More details will be shared closer to the wedding date.
Yes! The Tybee Island Wedding Chapel is fully wheelchair accessible and has an elevator available for guests who need it.
Our wedding will be a formal indoor celebration. We’d love to see our guests in elegant attire—think suits and ties, long dresses, or formal cocktail dresses. Since everything will be indoors at the Tybee Island Wedding Chapel, you won’t need to worry about the weather or terrain when choosing your shoes.
Expect warm, breezy afternoons (highs in the 70s–80s) and cooler evenings (sometimes dipping into the 60s).
While we love and care about all of your little ones, we’ve chosen to keep our celebration mostly adults-only. A handful of older children are included in our plans, and if your child is one of them, their name will appear on your RSVP form. This was a really difficult decision, but one we made with our guest count, space, and overall experience in mind. We so appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We’re having an unplugged ceremony, and we kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away during this special moment. We promise to share beautiful professional photos afterward—thank you for being present with us!
If your invitation included a guest, we’ve reserved a seat for them—we can’t wait to celebrate with you both! If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out or check your RSVP details.
Yes! Tybee Island’s annual Pirate Fest is happening the same weekend as our wedding, and it’s a big local event complete with parades, live music, costumes, and festivities. It’s a fun and colorful celebration — but also something to be aware of when planning travel and accommodations. We recommend: 1) Booking your hotel or Airbnb as early as possible – places fill up quickly! 2) Expecting some traffic and crowds, especially near downtown Tybee and the beach. 3) Enjoying the pirate vibes if you’re in town early or staying the weekend — but no need to bring an eyepatch to the wedding.
