Walking distance to our home, relax on the dock of this lake house restaurant with good bites and drinks. Great view of the lake and Oakland Hills. If your feeling romantic you can reserve a gondola ride from here
Ferry Building Marketplace
Plenty to see and do in San Francisco, but this is a fun place to start. Browse their farmers market, hop on a ferry across the bay, or catch a street car up to Pier 39 to bark at some Sea Lions.

Waterfront square in Oakland with good bites, brews, a hip arcade/bowling alley, great views and more. Catch a ferry from here to the city
