We're getting married!

While at dinner with Anya and Michael, I was meeting Michael for the very first time and quietly trying to figure out if he was good enough for my bestie. In the middle of the conversation, he bowed his head to pray. Then he mentioned he had someone in mind he wanted to set me up with and asked if I would be open to a double date. I said yes, though I wasn’t convinced anything would come of it. Michael texted Bryson that night to see if he was seeing anyone. When Bryson said no and agreed to the double date, plans were quickly set. On March 7, 2025, the four of us went bowling and out for ice cream. That same night, Bryson asked if he could take me out the following week. He already had a plan, a time, and even asked if he could pick me up. The rest is history. The moral of our story: trust the prayers of your friends, say yes to the unexpected, and remember that God’s timing is always better than our own. You never know what one simple yes might begin.
