What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:45 PM. Please arrive between 4:30 and 4:40 PM to find your seat and get situated before our ceremony begins.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is a short walk from the La Quinta Resort and Spa. Parking will be available at the venue. If you would like a ride, shuttles will also be picking up guests from the La Quinta Resort lobby at 4:00 PM. With the last shuttle departing promptly at 4:20 PM, as the ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:45 PM. Return shuttles to La Quinta will begin at 9:15 PM, with the last shuttle departing at 12:15 AM.

What is the dress code?

Palm Springs Formal: colorful long gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Embrace the unforgettable beauty of this iconic Palm Springs destination. Wearing color is highly encouraged and suggested! Our ceremony and reception will be held on grass and rocky terrain - block heels, wedges, flats - all are welcome & suggested.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, it will specify on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love all of your children, we have decided keep our wedding day an adults only event! Your children are welcome to join you and enjoy the resort; however, the wedding itself will be adults only.
