Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration! There are too many young faces we would miss seeing! We will have an assortment of activities to keep them occupied!
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have an amazing professional photographer to capture the moment, but we will take a minute or two once the wedding party is in place to allow guests to snap a few photos on personal devices before requesting they be put back!
Since Pony is such a remote town, there is not much for hotels nearby. For this reason, we have paid for overnight dry camping for guests at the venue! We have the venue booked from Wednesday 6/17 to Friday 6/19 *ALL GUESTS MUST BE CLEARED OFF THE PROPERTY BY 9AM FRIDAY 6/19 FOR NEXT RESERVATION OR MAX AND I WILL BE FINED!* Otherwise, feel free to reach out to us about good camping spots, RV parks, nearest hotels/air BNB’s or potential housing accommodations!
Max is gluten intolerant, and maid of honor is celiac, so we will have a selection of gluten free desserts, and our families have an array of food allergies that will be taken into consideration as well. If you have any questions regarding the menu options, please reach out in advance
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event, and guests are welcome to BYOB. But don’t get too crazy 😜
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, please reach out to me before bringing a plus one. I have been trying to add plus ones to my guest list based on current relationship knowledge, so please let me know if I need to add or subtract one for you to have an accurate headcount!

The dress code is semi-formal. We recommend wearing what is comfortable for you, but we want to see you dressed up! How often do you get to dress fancy??Jeans are fine, but please no sweats/leggings/hoodies. Feel free to bring them to change into later in the evening 😊
