The ceremony will be held on the outdoor terrace on the upper level. FREE parking is available for our guests in the City of Stillwater's Parking Ramp during the ceremony and reception. Simply have your ticket validated by the bartender or the Lowell Inn front desk before you leave! There are entrances on both 2nd St and 3rd St. The parking ramp address is 212 2nd St. N.
