Our rehearsal & welcome party will be cocktail attire. Men are expected to wear a suit and tie, while women can wear a cocktail dress. Our wedding ceremony and reception will be black-tie formal. Men are expected to wear tuxedos, while women can wear floor-length gowns or formal dresses.
The closest airport is Memphis International Airport (MEM). It’s about a 20-minute drive from the Peabody Hotel in downtown Memphis.
Memphis has several transportation options, including taxis, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, and rental cars.
We kindly ask all those invited to RSVP by October 18, 2024. All invitations will include 2 options to RSVP: 1) a reply card provided in the invitation, or 2) RSVP through this ink [add link].
We will have a shuttle service running between the Peabody Hotel and the church on the day of the wedding for out of town guests. Details will be provided closer to the date.
We recommend arriving at Grace-St. Luke’s Church by 4:00 pm to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat before the ceremony begins at 4:30 pm.
Please check your invitation for plus-one information. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will largely be an adults-only event. Children are welcome to attend the wedding ceremony, however the rehearsal party and wedding reception will be adults-only.
Absolutely! When you RSVP, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Uber and Lyft are reliable options for day and early evening pick-ups from MEM airport, however it is very unreliable late at night. If you are arriving later than 9:30pm, consider either 1) reserving an Uber/Lyft in advance to meet you at MEM, 2) hiring a private car service, or 3) rent a car AHEAD of your trip. You can reserve a private car through Executive Coaches LLC: https://www.executivecoachesllc.com/
