Kathleen and Nate met at a Christmas party in Baltimore in December of 2018, brought together by mutual friends and a laugh over Nate's dog named Steve, whose name Kathleen couldn't help but tease. What started as a casual exchange of numbers, turned into a weekend routine of long drives between Northern Virginia and Baltimore, slowly building a relationship neither expected. Eventually, Kathleen joined Nate in the city where it all began and they now share a home with their two dogs: Steve, the loveable goofball who unknowingly started it all, and Copper, their old curmudgeon of a beagle, who (begrudgingly) accepts his younger brother's near constant presence. They're happily building a life they love -- full of dog walks, takeout nights, rugby-filled Saturdays, and lazy Sundays. They're thankful to have you be a part of the start of their next chapter.
