Like many great love stories of our generation, ours started with a dating app and a mutual willingness to trust the algorithm. After matching, we quickly bonded over our love of music. What started as conversations about favorite songs and artists soon turned into getting to know each other and realizing there was something special there. Eventually, we decided to meet in person and chose the very glamorous setting of Outback Steakhouse for our first date. To make a memorable first impression, Kathleen showed up on crutches after having her knee taken out at a concert.
