I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know about any dietary concerns you may have. We want everyone to enjoy the food at our reception without having to worry!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes beforehand. We want everybody to be comfortable before the ceremony comences.

Information regarding children and plus ones will be listed on the invitation addressed to you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There will be transportation to and from the reception for guests who are staying at the Courtyard by Marriott.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request that guests RSVP by August 12th, 2025. This is also the last day to book a room at either hotel at the discounted rate.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We’ve made arrangements for our guests to stay at two hotels - The Courtyard by Marriott and Four Points by Sheraton. Please refer to the Travel page for more information about booking a room at either hotel at a discounted rate.

A plus one will be included on your personal invite if we are able to accommodate your request for a date.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Tuxes, suits, skirts, dresses, and pantsuits are all acceptable. Please keep in mind that we want our guests to be comfortable as well. Feel free to bring a comfortable pair of shoes - we want everybody to have a good time on the dance floor!
