Question

How do I get to the property? (26319 Hoehn Road in Sedro Woolley, 98284)

Answer

COMING FROM NORTH Take exit 232 for Cook Rd toward Sedro-Woolley. Turn left onto Cook Rd (stay on for approx 4 miles) and take a right onto Trail Rd. Continue straight through stop light, and Trail Rd will become State St after approx 1/2 mile. State St becomes Hoehn Rd after approx 3 miles. Continue on Hoehn for another 2.5 miles. We will be well marked -- look for a little white house with dark green trim on the left! FROM SOUTH *Same directions, just take a right onto Cook Rd after taking the 232 exit.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Most guests can park on the grass on the west side of the house (near the old barns and outbuildings). Other parking will be available on the north end of the field on our neighbor's property. Areas will be marked. A hayride will take you from the house to the field. *We encourage you to carpool!

Question

What about the food?

Answer

All food and drinks will be provided with dinner by Avenue Catering. Feel free to contribute a side dish or beverages!

Question

What about bathrooms?

Answer

We have rented a three stall restroom trailer that can comfortably accommodate 300 people. Equipped with lighting, hot and cold water as well as air conditioning/heating. Restrooms will be parked at the north end of Christmas Meadow. *please note, the trailer uses grey water and is not safe for drinking. Drinking water will be provided!

Question

What do I need to know about camping? Can we have a fire?

Answer

Jesse and I will be camping out in the field with you! We encourage guests to camp so they may dance till they drop and not have to worry about driving. There is ample room throughout Christmas Meadow and Fender Field, you may even camp under the large tent if you wish. We encourage you to bring a rain fly, sleeping bags and pads and whatever else would make for comfy camping! *Please no campfires outside of designated areas. We would love to have a fire or two for guests to enjoy pending burn ban status.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Of course! We love kids and will have family friendly activities to enjoy. Please note it is a large area with lots to explore, so please keep an eye on your little ones for safety!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Every guest is allowed to bring one date. Please indicate whether you will be bringing a date when you RSVP.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Think classy picnic: no three piece suits necessary! Fun and comfortable with a little elegance and sophistication added. Our wedding colors reflect the beauty of summer with lots of different purples/golds/oranges. Remember the wedding is outside with soft ground, so be smart with your footwear.

Question

And the morning after?

Answer

Our only plan for the following day is a bit of clean up followed by some relaxation. Feel free to grab a bite to eat in town and/or explore Skagit Valley, however we will need to start cleaning up around 12pm.

For all the days along the way
