Wedding Day

3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Transportation We will be providing a complimentary shuttle from the Hotel Grand Pacific to Kildara Farms. The shuttle will depart promptly at 2:00 p.m., so please arrive by 1:45 p.m. If you plan to use the shuttle, please register here by Aug 24th: https://forms.gle/4UhQqH1yNHHLgRDZA. If you'd prefer to drive, there is ample parking at Kildara Farms, and you're welcome to leave your vehicle overnight if needed. Ceremony Our ceremony start time is 3pm. Please arrive by 2:45pm. Cocktail Hour Following the ceremony, we’ll enjoy an outdoor cocktail hour at the farm (weather dependent), with light snacks and lawn games available while we mingle and celebrate. Dinner Dinner will be provided by Songhees Catering. Evening & Transportation We’ll be celebrating at the venue until 10:45 pm. The shuttle home will depart at 11pm.
