Where should I stay?

Answer

We highly recommend staying with us at Borgo Petrognano for the five nights we have it. It will be most convenient however, if you want to try to stay in San Gimignano, you can look for small bed & breakfasts or Airbnbs there and you can hire a car to bring you to the Borgo for each event.

How much is it to stay at the Borgo with you?

Answer

We would be so happy to have you! $750, this includes 5 night stay at the villa. August 27th through September 1st.

Can I take the train to the villa?

Answer

There is not a direct train line to where the villa is or to the town of San Gimignano. You can take the bus out to the Borgo but that would take almost 2 hours vs the 1 hour drive you can take if you hire transfer. TIP: Hire a private van and split it to save on costs.

How do I communicate with everyone?

Answer

Please download the app What's App onto your phone if you don't already. We will create a group chat on there to help with making sure everyone has what they need, gets help when they're coming in and to update and send reminders to all guests over the days of the event. Our wedding planner, Karen will also be in this group and invites everyone to send her messages if you need help.

Per our contract with villa payments will be made by bride and groom via wire transfer by selected dates. This is to help keep payments organized and cut down on wire transfer fees for individuals. If Zelle/Venmo isn't available to you, please reach out and we can make other arrangements.
