Fried Chicken Festival, October 1, 2022 - The very first time we met.

The next time we spoke was 3/16/2025. After a 2hr phone call, we went cruising in his vintage car, a few days later, a Pelicans game, then every game to the end of the season. And the rest is history.

She said yes! On January 3, 2026, CC surprised Kathy with a proposal at Antoine's Restaurant in New Orleans — an intimate, joyful evening they will always remember.
