The wedding reception will be taking place at the Harvest Inn so staying here adds extra convenience. It has fairytale-like cottages for rooms and certain rooms with vineyard views and/or redwood tree views. We also receive 15% off rooms for the wedding (please see our wedding website under FAQs for the link for 15% off). Other features include: a. Free wine tastings/discounted tastings at close-by wineries (ask the front desk for a list of wineries included in your stay) b. Free shuttle to anywhere within ~1-2 miles on certain days (usually weekends/peak days)

Hotel
This hotel offers a more budget friendly option and is also a great choice (we have stayed here multiple times as well). It is located close to downtown Napa which offers a variety of activities including restaurants, wine tastings, etc. If you are interested in staying here, we recommend you contact our wedding planner, Tara Ybarra at tara.ybarra@ybarraevents.com as she may be able to get you a discounted rate.
House Or Rental
We have stayed in many Airbnbs in Napa/Sonoma over the years and would consider this a great option for a variety of budgets. It is best for groups/families that may normally need to book multiple rooms. We would recommend staying in Napa due to distance to the wedding/reception but Sonoma also is very close by (~30-45 minute drive depending on where you stay in Sonoma).
Travel Note
There are two airports located about the same distance from Napa Valley: • San Francisco Airport (SFO): This is the airport we have used every time we have flown to Napa. It is one of the nicest airports we have been to in the United States. SFO offers many different airline options and flight times. Car rentals are easily accessible at the airport. Please note that if you are renting a car from SFO, you have to go through San Francisco which is a major city to get to Napa so expect some “city driving” • Sacramento Airport (SMF): We have personally never flown into Sacramento but we have heard from Napa locals that it is a lot nicer in terms of driving to Napa and has been described as a more “serene” drive. This airport offers less airlines and less flight times but might be a better option for someone who wants to avoid city driving.
Travel Note
Napa/Sonoma are roughly 1.5 hours away from San Francisco Airport and Sacramento Airport. There is no direct public transportation so some form of transportation will be needed. There are many options available for car rentals and transportation. We will be providing limited free shuttle transportation to/from San Francisco Airport (SFO) on Friday, August 9th and Sunday, August 11th. The shuttle will drop off guest at either “The Harvest Inn” or “Springhill Suites by Marriott Napa Valley.” If you would like to reserve a seat on the shuttle, please reach out to Kathleen or Chris before booking anything as only certain flight times will be available via shuttle. Please contact Kathleen/Chris directly by March 15th, 2024 if you would like to reserve a seat for the shuttle. We will also be providing free shuttle service the day of the wedding to the following locations: St. Helena Church, “The Harvest Inn”, and “Springhill Suites by Marriott Napa Valley” during certain hours. Please let us know by March 15th, 2024 if you would be interested in this as well.
