On a beautiful summer evening, we went out to dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in Evanston, followed by a sunset stroll to a nearby beach. Brent came conspicuously prepared with a picnic blanket and a cooler. Once we were settled enjoying the view, he popped the question! Katie said "Yes!" and celebratory drinks and treats soon followed, capping off a perfect engagement!
