Though we had met the year before at the Reach for the Future Conference in 2013, we didn't get to know each other until 2014 on the second day of the Reach Conference. It was right before they let everyone in for the talent show. Angel went into Ebenezer hall to go to the bathroom. I, however, snuck into the lobby of the hall so I could get my friends and I seats closest to the stage. Once out of the bathroom, Angel spotted me. Remembering me from the year before, he decided to try to talk to me. At this point I was at the large map of the world in the hall lobby pretending to admire it as to not get caught. He came up to me and asked me where I would go if I could go anywhere in the world. I told him that I would probably go to Japan because I love the culture and food, and that I would also love to go to the Philippine islands as that was where my dad was born. Angel said that he would also like to go to Japan as he liked the culture and the anime that they have made. I told him that I also like anime and well... the rest is history. We've been though a lot together throughout the years and are so happy to be spending this happy day with everyone. We look forward to seeing everyone!
