Our Story
Kathleen and Andy’s story began in September 2023 at a friend’s wedding. As Kathleen walked into the church, Andy handed her a program - unknowingly the start of everything.
At the reception, they found themselves on the dance floor in a group, both quietly overthinking what to say. When a song came on, Kathleen tried to break the ice with, “I love this song!” Andy, without hesitation, replied, “This song sucks.”
What happened next could have gone very wrong.
Kathleen instinctively fired back with a Billy Madison quote: “You know something? You suck!” Immediate regret followed, until Andy burst out laughing, clearly getting the reference.
That moment was the start of countless memories, endless laughs, and a partnership built on humor, love, and never taking life too seriously.
With full hearts and a lot of gratitude, they can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with the people they love most, in the neighborhood that’s been the backdrop of their story from the very beginning.
