(Try our personal favorite – The inVINCEable Ale!) Another small batch brewery! What's with that crazy name you ask? Well, the word “Chafunkta” aka “Tchefuncte” was an early Indian settlement located in what is now the city of Mandeville, LA. There is also a river named the Tchefuncte where boaters and kayakers can enjoy the Louisiana outdoors. As a local family run business, Chafunkta crafts their beers with a fresh, complex, full of flavor taste that you deserve as a craft beer consumer.
