5:00 pm - 8:30 pm
*UPDATED 2.8.26* We welcome our out of state family and friends flying in to kick off the weekend! We were able to book The Christiansen room located in same Rosehill community center that our wedding venue will be in! We will provide Costco pizzas, salad kits, cookies along with beer/wine, and other non-alcoholic beverages. Feel free to come and go throughout that time. We wanted to provide a space for Zack and I to be able to connect and visit with you before the big day! Thank you for making the trip out to celebrate with us. Parking information: Parking is free! The Rosehill community center has 2 parking lots. There is a smaller one right off of Lincoln Ave. If that one is full, there is a large parking lot with plenty of spaces just below the community center located off of 3rd St. There should not be any need to find any street parking. *The community center allows you to leave cars overnight in either of their parking lots so please be safe and don't drink and drive!
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Attire suggestions for the day: The theme is garden party! We encourage you to wear cocktail attire that incorporates fun floral designs. Think floral dresses, shirts, adding a floral tie or bow tie, or even floral designs in your shoes!
We are going to be providing a welcome cocktail hour to allow guests time to arrive and enjoy the space before our ceremony starts. The community center itself is open to the public, but we have the Point Elliot room reserved. It's the beautiful room that has floor to ceiling windows right past the lobby. We will have signs out as well helping to direct you. Food and Drink Options: A charcuterie spread along with fresh fruits and veggies will be provided. Beverages will include a variety of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options. Parking information: Parking is free! The Rosehill community center has 2 parking lots.
