How & When should I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, simply click on the RSVP tab on our website and enter your name. If you’ve been given a plus one, their name will appear alongside yours. We’ve also included a paper RSVP with a QR code in your invitation, feel free to mail it back or RSVP online, whichever is easiest for you! We kindly ask that you respond by May 1, 2026. We can’t wait to celebrate with you 🤍

What if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
If you do not RSVP by May 1, 2026 you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception will take place outdoors.
Question
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Answer
We have reserved a room block at Inn at Churon Winery. Please book your stay by April 19th, to guarantee a room in our block. Mention the Kathia and Cesar wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

What is the attire?
Answer
We cannot wait to celebrate with you on our special day! We would love to see family and friends dress up with us so we are requesting that our guests dress in formal attire. The wedding party will be in sage green. The wedding ceremony will be outside in a grassy area and the reception will be outside on cement. Please take that into consideration when choosing your shoes!

What is the weather and climate like in the area?
Answer
The weather in Temecula during June is beautiful, it's usually around 85 degrees during the day and 70 degrees at night!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we will only be serving beer and wine.

Are you signed up with a wedding registry service?
Answer
No, but if you were thinking of giving a gift to help us on our way, a gift of cash towards our honeymoon, would really make our day!

What if I RSVP'd and can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! Life happens, no worries. Please let the bride and the groom know as soon as possible that you will no longer be in attendance.

Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
In effort to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited will be accommodated. Your plus one's name will appear underneath your name when you RSVP online. Please reach out if you have any questions!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive by 4:30 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to park and make your way to the ceremony location.
