We recommend booking flights and hotels as soon as possible because January is at the peak of the season in Naples. We have secured room blocks at discounted rates but it's first come, first serve.
Friday Night: Island Chic Cocktail Attire. Ladies, think bright colors and florals. Jackets are encouraged but not required for men. Saturday: Black Tie Encouraged = Tuxes and long dresses BUT it's Florida so have fun with it... Wear a color! Show your ankles! Ditch the heels once pictures are done.
End of January in Naples can range from the low 60s to mid 70s. Ladies, we recommend bringing a wrap or sweater for nighttime.
Yes, transportation to and from the wedding will be provided from the room blocks. Shuttles will depart the Capri Inn and Bayfront at 2:20pm SHARP for the Ceremony. Shuttles will transport guests from the Church to Reception at Grey Oaks after the Ceremony. Shuttles will return to the Capri Inn and Bayfront from Grey Oaks at 10pm, 11pm and 12:30am.
The wedding ceremony and reception will be adult-only functions.
Due to capacity limitations, we kindly ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation.
It's all digital — visit the RSVP tab on our website and enter your full name to access the page where you'll respond to each event. You will be able to RSVP for your entire party.
Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available in Naples. Car rentals are also available at RSW or FLL Airport. It is best to make reservations for a rental car prior to your arrival.
For guests driving to Trinity-by-the-Cove, there is a large parking lot across the street from the Church. At Grey Oaks Country Club, valet parking will be available.
