Our love story began in 2018, when we met at the hospital where we both worked. We began falling in love with one another and quickly knew we were meant to be together. During a friends trip to Austin, Texas, Jorge asked Katherine to be his girlfriend and over the next three years they traveled, collected memories, and continued to grow love for one another.

Jorge and Katherine quickly realized their favorite vacation spot is the beach. In June 2021, he arranged a trip to One&Only Mandarina as a graduation gift for Katherine (so he said). Katherine was taken by surprise when she found him down on one knee asking her "Will you marry me?" She responded yes (twice)! Now, they will be getting married in the same Riviera Nayarit and will be celebrating their marriage at the Conrad Punta de Mita Hotel, a short 45 minutes away from where he proposed!
