Question

What about parking?

Answer

Question

I've never been to a Catholic Mass before. What should I expect?

Answer

There are many times during Mass when the congregation responds to the priest as well as times when you need to sit, stand, or kneel. These instances will be indicated in the wedding program, or you may just follow along with everyone else. If you are unable to kneel, you may sit instead during the kneeling portions. Please note, if you are not Catholic you may not receive Holy Communion. However, you may walk up to the alter with everyone else and receive a blessing. You will indicate this by crossing your arms across your chest in an "x" shape. If you would not like to receive a blessing, please step out of the pew and allow everyone to pass by you and return to your seat. Thank you for your understanding.
