Katherine and Sándor met the old-fashioned way- via OkCupid. Their first date was at a dive bar on the Upper East Side. At first, Katherine did not think Sándor was interested, but after some encouragement from some lively gentlemen playing beer pong, she opened up a bit and they ended up staying out for hours and hours. For the second date, Sándor brilliantly planned a night of swing dancing in NYC's Hell's Kitchen, but plans were foiled by an empty dance floor and lack of participants. Sándor turned the date around and the two of them ended up polka dancing the evening away across town. For their third date, Katherine took Sándor to what might be the worst play either of them have ever seen. Needless to say, he still called the next day, and the two have been inseparable and going on adventures ever since.
