We met on the first day of school one semester and we didn't think much of one another past being classmates initially. We began studying together a few weeks later which led to us becoming best friends- from watching TV to Walmart runs to hockey games, we quickly became inseparable. I knew that I wanted Sage to be a part of my life for the rest of it, and it didn't matter what capacity that was in. The next March, we finally admitted our feelings for each other and here we are!

Sage surprised Katherine with a beautiful, intimate proposal at home in pajamas after a beautiful birthday dinner and surprise cake. He used her grandmother's ring as a placeholder until her dream engagement ring came a few days later. It will forever be one of the best days of their lives.
